Stayed here in summer 09. Immaculate home in great location with supermarket just minutes away. Easy access to I4 for Disney, Universal and shopping Outlets etc, Many great golf courses nearby.
Highly recommend and Sue was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

We stayed here in Ocotber 2008 after a recommendation from our friends the Haddows.Great accomodation and high quality. Kids love and just like home from home. We are going back in Feb 2010 and cant wait

9 of us stayed in the villa for 11 days from 17th May 2009 and it never felt crowded, it's that big. Everything was faultless and it definitely had the wow factor. From the huge main bedroom ensuite to the great pool it had everything you'd want and need. The 50" tv was great and the xbox was a big hit with the kids. I've stayed in 4 villas in the area over the years and this is easily the best in every aspect. Great location (only a mile from the supermarket and 10-15 mins from Disney). Would recommend to anyone and will book on our next visit to Orlando.

We have stayed at “House Near The Mouse” twice in the past two years. The 1st time we stayed we were absolutely delighted with the location and the accommodation, so much that we booked again. We have stayed in numerous Villas in the area however we would always try and book here 1st (if is not already booked). The Villa is beautifully furnished inside and out and was a real home from home during our stay.
We have recommended this villa to our friends and family and they were also very impressed. Overall this Villa is excellent value for money. We will be booking again in the future.

This is a beautiful, immaculately presented house that feels brand new.

It has a lovely pool and spa with safety features so we knew when the kids were in the pool.

Getting to Disney is so easy...house to car park in about 15 minutes or less and plenty of nearby supermarkets to buy food.

Owners communication was very helpful and friendly.

I would highly recommend this house and it would be my first choice if we go to Disney again.

Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that our vacation was wonderful. We loved your home! It was very comfortable yet simply designed (my favorite). I didn't have to worry about my children breaking anything and the security alarm on the doors for the pool was great! We had everything that we needed to cook and the large red wine glasses were a pleasant surprise as I love to drink red wine and so often there aren't any nice wine glasses I also think that the beach towels are a nice personal touch as well. We will definately be contacting you again when it comes time for another vacation. Thank you for opening your home to us.
